Design a sculptural desk lamp from twisting ribbons, with controls for height, twist and ribbon count.

I’ll build this as an interactive 3D lamp you can actually tune. Let me check the workspace and load the relevant visualization/asset skills first. I've got the design direction. I'll build a self-contained Three.js viewer for a twisted-ribbon lamp — ribbons spiral up and flare into an open crown around a glowing core — with three live sliders, orbit/zoom, and a product-style stage. The render works, but the form needs tuning: the ribbons flare too wide and the self-twist makes the crown read as scattered petals, plus the bulb floats detached. I’ll tighten the radius profile, reduce ribbon self-twist, widen the bands so they read as one braided column, and nest the light into the crown.

The crown now integrates the light cleanly. The top is overexposed though, and the dark base disappears against the table — I’ll cool the point light and give the base a brass read so the lamp anchors visually. The default now reads as a cohesive brass twisting-ribbon lamp with the light nested in an open crown. Let me stress-test the parameter extremes and check the narrow/mobile layout before I call it done. The extreme variant stays geometrically valid, but a taller lamp overflows the fixed camera frame. I’ll make the default orbit distance scale with lamp height so the whole sculpture, including the light, stays in view. The mobile overlay makes the control card cover too much of the lamp. I’ll move the controls into their own row below the 3D stage so the sculpture stays fully visible on every screen width, and give the stage responsive heights. The lamp is fully visible on both desktop and mobile now, with controls in their own row. Two small fixes remain: the live value text should have full contrast, and the thin support rod pokes above the bulb. I’ll end the rod inside the bulb and set the values in the foreground color.

The spike is a single ribbon edge seen edge-on, not the rod. I’ll add a thin brass collar ring where the ribbons terminate so the crown finishes cleanly and hides those stray edges. The crown now finishes cleanly with the light nested in a brass collar, and the stray edge is gone. Let me confirm the final mobile layout once more. Interactivity is confirmed: the sliders were driven to height 52 cm, 3.2 turns, 9 ribbons and the lamp rebuilt into the taller, denser form, with live values updating. Let me do a quick non-blank canvas pixel check and clean up the verification artifact. The lamp ships as an interactive twisted-ribbon sculpture with a glowing core. The three controls change its height, twist, and ribbon count; drag to orbit, scroll to zoom, and it gently auto-rotates (pausing while you drag, disabled under reduced motion). visualize{"path":"/Users/macbook/Downloads/Games/twisted-ribbon-lamp.html"} Verified in headless Chrome on desktop and a 375px mobile viewport: the WebGL canvas renders non-blank, the extreme settings stay valid and framed, and driving the sliders rebuilds the lamp with live values. Skipped: no exported standalone file, no preset gallery, and no material/color pickers beyond the requested three controls. Risk: the CDN import (three.js from jsDelivr) means the visual needs network where it runs.
